By browsing, accessing, or purchasing from plantlyyours.com ("the Website"), operated by Plantly Yours, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental terms applicable to specific site features.
2. Product Information & Freeze-Dried Technology
Plantly Yours meals are crafted using freeze-drying technology, preserving up to 98% of natural nutrients, authentic flavors, and textures without chemical preservatives. We make every effort to display product ingredients, nutrition values, and photographs accurately. Actual food color or garnish appearance after adding hot water may slightly vary.
3. Allergens & Dietary Notice
While our meals are 100% plant-based and vegetarian/vegan-friendly, some products contain natural soy, nuts, gluten, or sesame, or are prepared in facilities handling these ingredients. Customers with severe food allergies must carefully review the allergen declaration on each product pouch before consumption.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Billing
All product prices listed on plantlyyours.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to revise prices or promotional discounts at any time without prior notice. Promotional discount codes (such as first-order 10% OFF) cannot be combined with already discounted multi-pack bundles unless explicitly stated.
5. Payment Processing & Security
Online transactions are securely handled through RBI-authorized payment gateways supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and major digital wallets. Plantly Yours does not collect, store, or view your sensitive CVV or card banking passwords.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All website trademarks, logos, packaging graphics, meal recipes, photographic assets, brand copy, and software code are the intellectual property of Plantly Yours. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute arising out of your use of this site or purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
