Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Serviceable Areas & PAN-India Reach
Plantly Yours delivers to over 19,000+ serviceable PIN codes across India via premier national courier partners (including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Shiprocket). Serviceability is automatically verified at checkout when entering your postal PIN code.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and freshly packed at our Pune fulfillment facility within 24 to 48 business hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and national public holidays). You will receive an SMS and email notification with your AWB tracking link as soon as your shipment is dispatched.
3. Estimated Transit & Delivery Timelines
Standard transit timelines across India: Metro Cities (Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days. Tier-2, Tier-3 cities & Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days. Remote or North-East regions: 6 to 9 business days. Please note these are estimated courier timelines and may experience slight delays during peak festival seasons or adverse weather conditions.
4. Shipping Fees & Free Delivery Threshold
We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid and bundle orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat nominal shipping charge (calculated at checkout based on delivery zone) applies.
5. Live Order Tracking & Communication
Once dispatched, you will receive real-time tracking updates via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. You can also track your shipment live using the AWB tracking link provided in your order confirmation.
6. Undelivered or Returned Shipments (RTO)
Our logistics partners attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to our Pune hub. Please ensure your contact phone number and full delivery address (including landmarks) are accurate. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect contact details or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
